Face-to-Face Sessions
I offer face-to-face sessions in a comfortable, confidential space in central York. Meeting in person may help you feel more comfortable sharing sensitive or distressing experiences in safety and privacy.

Online & Telephone Sessions
To accommodate busy lifestyles, I also offer online and telephone counselling in the evenings and at weekends. Flexible sessions are also available for those with changing schedules.
Concessionary Rates

For those with restricted incomes, such as retirees, key workers, students and trainee counsellors, discounted sessions can make all the difference. Just let me know your situation when you enquire.
Free First Session
During our initial session, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where we'll begin to understand your needs and goals. Prior to this, I offer a complimentary half-hour consultation, either over the phone or online, where we can briefly connect and discuss your concerns.

About Me
As a fully-registered member of the BACP, I draw on various humanistic theories, while also incorporating elements of CBT. This means we can address a broad range of issues, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loss & bereavement, traumatic events, relationship challenges, family issues and more.
